Led by certified dog trainer Kieli Atherton, our mission is to provide professional dog training rooted in education, experience, and proven behavioral science.

Since beginning her career in 2006, Kieli has worked with dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and behavioral challenges. She specializes in behavior modification and has extensive experience in basic obedience, advanced obedience, scent detection, search and rescue, agility, dock diving, competitive obedience, and personal protection training.

​

What sets Kieli apart is her commitment to continuing education and professional development in the dog training industry. She has attended three of the top dog training institutions in the country, including the highly respected Michael Ellis School for Dog Training, known for its advanced work in canine behavior, engagement, and performance training.

​

Kieli has also studied under some of the most recognized names in the canine behavior and training world, including Cesar Millan, internationally known animal behaviorist; Ken Ramirez of the Karen Pryor Academy, a leader in positive reinforcement and animal training; and Dr. Stewart Hilliard, B.A. in Behavioral Neuroscience and lead instructor for the Department of Defense Military Working Dog Program since 1997. This diverse educational background gives her a balanced, well-rounded understanding of dog behavior, learning theory, and behavior rehabilitation.

Her dedication to ethical, high-quality dog training extends beyond working with clients. Kieli previously served as a committee member for the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP), an organization committed to advancing professional dog training standards and education. In 2025, she was recognized by the IACP for her commitment to dogs and contributions to the dog training industry.

As a professional dog trainer, Kieli understands that the dog training industry is largely unregulated, which is why education, transparency, and experience are at the core of everything we do. Our training programs are designed not only to improve obedience, but to strengthen the relationship between dogs and their owners through communication, structure, and trust.
